PURPOSE OF PRODUCT
BAPTIST ED VIDEOS are intended to be used and shared. We wish to make every attempt for a ministry purchase or an individual purchase to be viewed and used multiple times. Periodically we will produce free videos with the express purpose to allow unlimited uses and downloads.
Our videos are the express property of BAPTIST ED VIDEOS and express the opinions and positions of the Baptist Ed Team. Whether a product is provided free or purchased, the message is not permitted to be edited or altered in any manner to express a position or make a statement which is inconsistent with the original.
FREE VIDEOS
ALL FREE VIDEOS are permitted to be used as the customer desires – as long as the message remains unedited or unaltered. They may be posted on social media, embedded in websites, used in livestreams and the files/links may be distributed to anyone who desires to have access to the video.
PURCHASED VIDEOS
BAPTIST ED VIDEOS are designed to be available for multiple uses within ministries or organizations. Files purchased by ministries or organizations (churches, schools, colleges, classes) may be made available for anyone in a leadership position (whether paid or volunteer) to copy the files/links and share them with any other facets of that ministry. Files/links purchased by individuals may be shared/copied with other family members.
RESTRICTIONS
- Purchased videos may not be posted on social media, displayed in a livestream in such a manner that the video is available/viewable on the internet, embedded on webpages or without the express written permission from a member of the Baptist Ed Team.
- Purchases made by organizations: Files/links are not to be copied and/or distributed to ministries or organizations which are not actually within the structure of that ministry. They are not to be copied and distributed to individuals within that ministry for personal use – but can be duplicated/made available to any persons within that ministry (whether paid or volunteer) for the purpose of ministry use.
- Purchases made by individuals: Files/links are not to be copied and/or distributed to anyone else beside members of that individual’s family.
